Dates are confirmed from Sunday 26th – Friday 31st October

The  camp includes :-

• 5 days training on the glacier including GS and Slalom
• Lift Pass
• Individual feedback and video analysis from coaches
• Diversified dry land training
• Full board accommodation in the 4* Bad Hotel Kirchler, beside the lift station
• Transfers between Munich Airport and Hintertux

Matt Mitchell will travel with the group as support coach and Marie Reilly will travel as house-parent.

Daily Routine 

The daily routine will consist of wake up at 6.30am, early morning sports, breakfast, then ski training until 13.00. Afternoons will comprise video analysis of the previous training session, fitness training and ski prep. After dinner lights out is 21.30. The cost for the camp is currently €695. A deposit of €150 is now due and you can pay this by calling into or phoning the office (01 295 5658). The deposit should be paid by Sunday 21st September. Balance of €545 is due by 19th October.

You should also proceed to book flights – please note we are flying with Aer Lingus to Munich and the cost is currently €233 which includes tax, luggage & skis.

• Skis must be prepped and ready for use
• Back-protectors are essential
• Baggage allowance is 20kg (checked), 10kg (hand) 23kg(ski bag)

We can also arrange for hire of Slalom & GS skis with a ski rental shop in Hintertux should they be required by any of the trainees.
