Training Camps

Training camps are a key part of our race coaching programme and offer excellent opportunities for development for our racers. Currently we organise 3 camps per year :

Our first summer camp in July is in Snow World, Landgraaf – Europe’s largest indoor snow dome. It is open to Development/Race Squad members and offers 4 days of intensive gate training and analysis by 2 of our own coaches.

Our August camp on home turf runs over 3 days with excellent training provided by experienced international coaches and is suitable for Minis and Development/Race Squad.

Our final training camp runs over the October Mid-term break and comprises 5 days race training on the glacier, analysis and fitness training with Austrian Race Camps Ski Academy in Hintertux and is open to  our Development/Race Squad.

We believe snow training is a valuable part of the coaching we provide to our young racers and encourage participate in at least one snow camp per season.

15-17 August         Ski Club of Ireland, Kilternan

26 -31 October        Hintertux, Austria
